This will include a comprehensive management organizational chart in which shows the different leadership roles.

You must then justify the choice of the organizational structure with evidence from the latest theories and research in order to justify your choices.

Your justification must be tailored to your client, Khalifa University and it must not be generic in nature. Be as specific as possible to the unique needs of KUSTAR.
