Provide a peer reply at least 100 words in which you compare and contrast your experience. During the 'mindfulness practice', the feeling that typically occurred throughout the week was stress, often arising suddenly at work especially during rush hour/peak (I work as a barista). Considering my store is in a residential location, it is almost always busy which can be overwhelming. It can also get very hot behind the bar which makes me feel as if I am suffocating. Oftentimes I am placed at hot bar (where espresso/hot drinks are made), sometimes at cold bar (where cold drinks are made) and sometimes on warming (where we heat pastries and sandwiches). And because it has been cold and windy in the morning, many customers order hot drinks like lattes or flat whites with pastries to accompany their beverages. From time to time, a fair few customers would put in a big order and for this past week, we've been short staffed as some employees call out therefore it being stressful.
