Global Cleaning Services are a company approved to provide a cleaning service to aged people who need assistance to stay in their homes.

They are a small company that is in the process of growing as they gain more clients. They currently have 12 employees which mostly consist of cleaners, 1 owner Manager and 1 admin /accounting person.

They have been in business for 3 years and have only been approved to provide cleaning services as part of Aged Care standards for the last 10 months.

They are due to be audited by the department and have asked for you to undertake a department like audit to determine how they are going, and to find gaps in their service.

They are to undertake their contracts in accordance with the relevant aged care standards.

For the purpose of this audit you are required to assess Global Cleaning Services against Aged Care Standard 4.In particular paying special attention to 4 (3) (a).
