2019: Mpact : Final results December 2019
Revenue from contracts with customers for the year increased to R11.076 billion (2018: R10.543 billion), operating loss was recorded at R576 million (2018: profit of R698.8 million), loss attributable to equity holders of Mpact came to R822.3 million (2018: profit of R316.2 million), while headline earnings per share from continuing operations decreased to 185.8 cents per share (2018: 235.3 cents per share).
Cash dividend
Notice is hereby given that the board has declared a final gross cash dividend of 42 cents for the year ended 31 December 2019(33.60 cents net of dividend withholding tax) per ordinary share. The dividend has been declared from income reserves. A dividend withholding tax of 20% will be applicable to all shareholders who are not exempt.
2019: Mpact : Final results December 2020
2020: Mpact Limited announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31,2020. For the full year, the company announced sales was ZAR 11,097.2 million compared to ZAR 11,076.3 million a year ago. Operating income was ZAR 611.1 million compared to operating loss of ZAR 560.6 million a year ago. Net income was ZAR 319.4 million compared to net loss of ZAR 822.3 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was ZAR 1.886 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of ZAR 4.437 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was ZAR 1.882 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of ZAR 4.432 a year ago.

- Return on capital employed (ROCE) increased to 17.8%(2020: 11.4%)
