Provide answers to the following questions.

  • Your goal is to provide a credible, balanced, thoughtful, thorough discussion of the answer.
  • All questions require credible outside resources (e.g., academic and press articles, court cases, textbooks).
  • As such, students should include a 'References' section at the end of each answer.
    • Questions should include working links to online articles and/or references listed using Blue Book format, or in any other format that clearly indicates the name of the author(s), title of article, court cases, textbook, etc., and the publication in which it appears.
    • The key is to allow the professor to be able to easily access the source. So be sure that you are precise with citations.
    • Additionally, do not excessively use quotes. While some quotes may be appropriate, you should endeavor to summarize the message in your own words and/or give further analysis of any quotes used.

Answers should be thoughtful and comprehensive utilizing a variety of sources.
