Project Descriion: The project intends to develop an application, the X-FLORA in the time span of 3 months and within a targeted budget of 1,15,000 CAD. The X-FIDRA app will provide information about botanical data of all the plants. Initially, the prominent features of this application would include the following: 0 To provide the botanical name of the plant. I To provide information about the growing conditions of the plant. 0 To provide information regarding the nature of the plant that whether it is deadly or friendly to humans. 0 To provide information about diseases caused by plant if any. These fourfeatures of this application are planned to be delivered through four iterations, with each iteration of 3 weeks long period. The rst iteration ofthe project will hand over the customer with base application that would be able to provide only the botanical name of the plant. Similarly, the other three features will be added in the app during the next three iterations respectively. The additional features can be added on later as according to the customer feedback and requirements after the completion of a particular iteration or during the project and hence the number of features may vary in the nalized product. Project Product Vision: For anyone, who loves to explore nature, the X-FLDRA is an application which would be able to provide the minutest details of plant just in a single click. Unlike other applications, our product provides description of plant just by clicking picture
