Directions to Learners

1. Identify the different wine products available within the establishment
2. Write a brief description of the establishment (location, hours of operation, price range, food type).
3. Choose 5 wines that are available, and provide: Country of Origin, region, Alcohol/Vol, Sugar Content, Sweetness Description, Style, aroma color and other details such as reviews.
4. Is the product available in Canada? What is the price point? Is it available in LCBO?

The presentation is a sales pitch, where you are trying to provide explanation of why the winery you represent is the best choice, what product is available and why it a good choice?
