So, to make it simpler SERVQUAL was shortened to five dimensions based on further research tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. So, with the service being measured on those five things Macdonald's in my town is a horrible place to go eat we have three and they all three are horrific. First, they are always dirty, the workers are not neat, and the bathrooms are always a mess and most of the time are always out of soap and that is a huge indication that the kitchen is not very clean either and maybe out of soap as well and the workers are not washing their hands after using the bathroom.
