Managing Communication is the key to success in any organization, this will result in growth for organizations.

Communication is the glue that holds an organization together, it is done in a hierarchical manner. This information is trickled down to lower-level employees through the upper-level staff.

Communication issues in the typical workplace stem from various paradigms, that are modified in accordance with his or her mindset. This creates a paradigm, a shift within an organization, thus requiring alternative and immediate intervention to remedy the solutions. It is recommended that each organization chooses a model that best fits its culture and beliefs and adjusts as needed. Management must strive to understand their employees and implement the opportunities for incentives within each department of an organization, this will help motivate and cause them to be more productive in their tasks.

Some organizational issues within the workplace vary, depending on the culture, but most stem from poor communication or the lack of leadership. Like tardiness, laziness, and lack of experience and training for the role they are employed to execute, thus making it difficult and overbearing for those staff who are performing.

Each organization needs to be successful at what they do or produce, therefore the implementation of tools to help improve their organization is of the uttermost importance to the growth and development of their business. Thus, the use of organizational behavior analysis as a tool would drastically and radically cause improvement in all aspects of the workplace. This would be the appropriate factor, to be able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the organization and reinforce those areas and personnel, by proving training and solutions.
