Provincial Offences Act:

Submit a- essay on how the Provincial Offences Act is used in the enforcement of Ontario Statutes and Regulations. The focus of your essay is to be on public safety through maintaining order and preserving public peace.

You are to select one of the following to base your essay on and in your own words provide an overview of the statute explaining how the POA guides law enforcement with the powers of arrest; search and seizure authority; and the authority to use force for the statute that you have selected:
