Psychology Applied to Work- You may not want to become an I/O Psychologist or a Human Resources expert, but at some point in your life you have been affected by and/or WILL be affected by events that happen in the workplace that these experts might be able to address. Most of you will have worked at some point in the past, or likely are working now while you're in school. If you've had experience working within ANY type of organization, what do you think an I/O or HR professional would say about that organization?
