The State of Utopia is facing a civil war fought between the 'Utopian Army' controlled by the ruling regime of Utopia and an opposing armed group called 'Utopian Warriors' controlled by those supporting democratic reforms in the country. In the war, the State of Summerland supports the Utopian regime forces and the State of Lunarland supports Utopian Warriors. The ruling regime of Utopia requested the government of Summerland for military assistance and allowed it to open a military base on its territory.

Mr Jingo, a Utopian national and the leader of a well-known extreme patriotic nationalist movement called 'Utopia First', opposes the idea of allowing the foreign military base on their soil as he views the move as a foreign invasion. On 30th February 2021, a drone struck the military base established by Summerland in Utopia. The incident caused death of a few Summerland soldiers and medical doctors, as well as injury to many, and also major damage to three advanced military helicopters at the base.
