Q.1 Ivy Lee University College of Communication (Ghana) is a newly established university in the country and is hoping to be ranked as one of the best communication institution in Ghana and beyond in the next five (5) years. Additionally. the university's main aim is to train students in communication to become transformational leaders in this competitive world. Their main focus areas of specialization include Public Relations (PR). Development Communication, Digital Communication and Media Management. What is unique about this university is that, it arranges for final year students to travel to the United Kingdom (UK) to undertake practical international exchange programmes in their areas of specialization at Cardiff University in Wales before returning to their home country for graduation. Moreover, the university assists its products on job placements with reputable organizations as well as for internship purposes. Given that this is a newly established university, management has ensured that the school is well equipped with the State-of-the-art facilities for lecturers and students to undertake practical training in class and on the field. What has remained a huge challenge is the fact that there is low student intake and as a result, management is unable to meet the cost of running the institution. Management believes that the university does not have a strong identity and visibility. hence the cause of the low student intake. Management is therefore seeking to raise awareness of the school's programmes and possibly increase the student intake for the 2021/2022 academic year and beyond. The university is popular in only six (6) regions in Ghana. You are the head of a Public Relations (PR) firm (Gregory & Associates) and management of Ivy Lee University College of communication has approached you and your team to develop a comprehensive PR strategy that will focus on increasing admission through awareness creation and image management. Respond to management's request by undertaking the following: a. State two (2) objectives that will guide your campaign strategy. b. Briefly discuss at least three (3) strategies you would employ to ensure the campaign success. c. Explain at least three (3) tactics you think will be appropriate to achieve the objectives of the company. d. Given that there is stiff competition on the market, how does Ivy Lee University College of Communication want to be positioned? e. i. Explain three (3) ways by which you can monitor the campaign to ensure its success, ii. Explain three (3) ways by which you can evaluate the campaign to justify your firm's performance
