An elementary principal is interested whether teachers who have completed their Master's degree are more readily accepted by the parents of the students than those teachers who have only completed their Bachelor's degree. To investigate, 20 teachers with Bachelor's degree are sampled and they result with a mean of 2.3 complaints by parents to the principal per teacher per year. Similarly, 25 teachers with Master's degrees are sampled with a result of 1.9 complaints by parents per teacher per year. After statistical analysis, the principal determines that there is not sufficient evidence to conclude that teachers with Master's degrees are more readily accepted than those with Bachelor's degrees
