Purpose: As peacemakers-in-training, it's important to begin to understand the role that identity plays in most conflict. Additionally, developing an appreciation for the value that others place on the various facets of their identity can be beneficial for addressing future conflict.

Post: List three of your personal core identities. For each identity, answer the following questions:

• How do you believe you developed this identity?
• Why is it important to how you see yourself and how you want others to see you?
• What role does this identity play in conflict in your life?
