Purpose The purpose of this assignment is for learners to apply an effective management strategy that works within the bounds of a collective agreement and applies to the laws pertaining to labour relations in the workplace. It is also supportive of a healthy union-management relationship, and learners are provided with the opportunity to use key term expressions pertaining to labour relations.
