Sargent test: Prior to or aer the jump, each student will stand at-footed and reach up with one hand to touch the slats of a vertical jumping device with the ngertips. This height is measured as \"standing reach\" (H reach). Jump height (H Sargent) is calculated as the difference between the jump height and the standing reach height measures. H Sargent = H Jump touch H reach . Time of ight method: You will perform two jumps on the Beggkforce platform. One will be a normal jmnp where attempt to jump as high as you land on your feet in a normal position. The second, you will attempt to crouch your legs as much as possible, landing in a crouched position. We will determine the ight time for each jump based upon the impulse data.
