Put yourself in the position of an Ethics Training Officer for a mid-sized professional services firm. You have recently been hired to update and improve the company's ethics training programs. Your first assignment is to redo the annual training that associates with the firm are required to take. Review all the types of ethics training programs described in Chapter 7 (Table 7.3 summarizes all these options), and think through which programs would be most effective in this setting and why. In your first post to this Forum, describe your recommendations for the new training for this firm. Include in your post the types of training your recommend and why, how the training will be delivered, and how it will be assessed.
