python question how do i search for time ranges. For example, a study room is occupied from 0800-0850, 1000-1050, 1400-1515, 1700-1830

let say i have to compare the time of search with those ranges and return if the room is available or not. whats the best way for me to store the data? csv file? what container is the best for this situation? its tough to implement the search function.
