Python question.

Problem description

Ask the user for a string and then print it back out but with all vowels in uppercase and all consonants in lowercase. A vowel is one of the letters A, E, I, O, or U. A consonant is any letter that is not a vowel.

Example 1

Please enter a string: I am 12 YEARS OLD!!! I Am 12 yEArs Old!!!

Example 2

Please enter a string: Today, is a good day to die. tOdAy, Is A gOOd dAy tO dIE.
