Python : Write a function named " ionization_energy " that takes one argument, an integer n, and returns the absolute value of the nth element of the " energy_levels " list

The list for energy levels:

energy_levels = [-13.6,-3.4,-1.51,-0.85,-0.54,-0.38,-0.28,-0.21,-0.17]

**this was appended using "energy_levels.append(-0.14)" earlier in the code**
