The project is quite complex and will impact on residential property, some of which we need to be resumed at high cost. In addition, a number of existing services will need to be located, also at high cost . The project will also cross an environmentally sensitive reserve. This will require careful and sensitive management of the project development process.
- Explain why and how would investigate the feasibility of this project, by addressing the key issues outlined above.
- On completion of your investigation, you will need to provide a report to a management . discuss;
a. the name of this report,
b. how it should be be set out,
c. what information it should contain
illustrate your answer with the discussion of how at least one of the issues associated with this project, as listed above, might impact on your feasibility investigation.
