Q1 Dr Wilson's Material Timothy advertises his availability for work at the University as a "computer services expert". One of the services he offers is the ability to retrieve essays that appear to have spontaneously deleted themselves 48 hours before the essay deadline. Rebecca, who has several major essays due in one week, finds herself the victim of this spontaneous deletion issue, and contacts Timothy. Rebecca brings her laptop into university one day for Timothy to look at. To Rebecca's relief, he is able to retrieve the necessary files. While he is doing so, however, he covertly installs an additional programme on her laptop. Known as HideMeWatchMe, the programme is a motionactivated, real time, monitoring application which links to a cell phone {in this case, Timothy's}. Effectively, if the laptop is turned on with the screen open and the camera senses movement, it begins to record and send these images to the linked cell phone. When Timothy is finished he gives Rebecca some general advice about laptop care, which includes not opening and closing the laptop screen (which he explains can damage the hinges). He also suggests that she not power the laptop down each night, as that is the most common time that updates are sent through. A month later, Rebecca becomes aware that the hard drive space on her laptop is filling up, even though she is not downloading any large files. A friend looks through the computer and finds a folder of video and photo footage of her in her room at night, some of which show her in the process of getting dressed or undressed.
