By being able to reduce the duration of any project, the company can ultimately save time, money, human resource, and can reduce altogether challenging cognitive load for the organization. To that end, describe some of the strategies recommended in your readings for this module on reducing project duration. Offer a synthesis of some of the suggestions made and reflect on your thoughts on the degree to which these strategies can/should work.

Q2 Also in this learning module we talked about some of the leadership strategies associated with effective project management. Certainly these leadership strategies are essential to the high performance of any organization. Put another way, in order for everyone to demonstrate good project management skills, leaders are going to have to indeed behave in a way that allows for that better project management to emerge. Describe the steps the authors recommended for helping to make sure that the leaders in a way that would support the emergence of quality outputs in relationship to project management. What specific strategies were recommended? How do you see these strategies working for leaders today?
