Q1) For all transistors, k W/L = 0.5mA/V2, and Vt=0.8v.
a. For each of the circuits in column 2, redesign the circuit to work with a PMOS transistor. The circuit must operate the same way, only with PMOS. Then find the voltage at the pins corresponding to the ones in the figures. The transistor parameters are the same as in the previous problem.
b. In circuits a, c, and e, replace the ideal current source with either an NMOS or PMOS transistor (whichever is appropriate) set up to be a current source of the same value, and determine whether the circuit will operate as it did in P1. The NMOS parameters are the same as in P1, but the PMOS transistor has only 1/3 as much k W/L, 0.166mA/V2 (and the same Vt). The power supply voltages are +/- 5 volts.
