Q1. Ms. Hibba intends to buy Ms. Sana's House located in Gulberg Lahore. Ms. Hibba came to know that Ms. Sana is searching for a suitable buyer so she wrote her 1 st letter to Ms. Sana Naeem on 20th March, 2021 and asked for certain details of house i.e. Litigation Status (if any), Certified Title Documents, Area, Maximum Price, Previous Owners etc. Ms. Sana replied with required details/documents and also conveyed that she got an offer of Rs. 15 Million from another interested person. Through a 2nd letter, Ms. Hibba replied to Ms. Sana, "I agree to buy your House for Rs. 15 million." Later, Ms. Sana received an offer of Rs. 18 Million from Mr. Sultan. State whether 1 st letter or 2nd letter are offer or not under the eyes of law? What will be Ms. Sana's liability towards Ms. Hibba if she decided to accept offer of Mr. Sultan?
