Q-2 Scenario: Congratulations!! You have been hired as a Project Manager by the Ontario Ministry of Colleges and Universities to plan out a training program to help Ontario Faculty better deliver online learning. These training modules will be developed for online distribution and delivery. The target is for this training to launch September 2023, so that faculty can implement for their courses. Planning starts January 1, 2022. You can assume that you will be developing this online training from the beginning.
