Part Time for Economic Reasons, as a Percent of the Civilian Labor Force Plus All Persons
Marginally Attached to the Labor Force (U-6)", then click Edit Graph and Add Line and find the
"Unemployment Rate" both data on Percent, Quarterly, Seasonally Adjusted level (you might
need to change the monthly data to quarterly).
Now add another line to find "Natural Rate of Unemployment (Short-Term)" on Percent,
Quarterly, Not Seasonally Adjusted level. Copy and paste your graph (or screenshot it) in your answer sheet showing the percentages of each rate at Q3, 2020 for all lines together. Graph the data from Q1of 1991 to Q1 of 2023.
