(9 marks) We had three regions, which were divided up as follows: a) Region 1-0 to 65% (where we used a load of 55%). b) Region 2 - 65 to 85% (where we used a load of 75%). c) Region 85 - 0 to 100% (where we used a load of 95%). We found that the following PID values worked best in these regions: a) Region 1 - Gain = 4.31, Tint = 6.3 mins / repeat and TDer = 0 mins. b) Region 2 - Gain = 6.429, Tint = 6.0 mins / repeat and TDer = 0 mins. c) Region 3-Gain = 8.55, Tint = 4.5 mins / repeat and TDer = 0 mins. Now, please study the recording, and use Region 3 as your reference.
