Make clear the different development needs of senior, middle, junior and team leaders. Identify the problems that may be expected to arise, and how these could be overcome or avoided.

1. Having created your proposal in Part 1, critically evaluate how the EFQM or the Baldrige model would support it, modifying your proposal as required based on your findings.

2.Compare each element of your proposal to Deming's System of Profound Knowledge and his 14 Points for Management and explain how this analysis could be used to support or improve the proposal.
