Q2 A single storeyed residential building is to be constructed in six months. The details of execution of four items in a particular month are shown in Table-1. Table-1 : Quantity, rates and execution in the specified month SI. The owner has made an advance of Rs. 300000/-, which is to be recovered equally in six months from each running account (RA) bill. The owner has made an advance of Rs. 240000/- for procurement of materials which is also to be recovered equally in six months from each running account (RA) bill. The owner will recover from the payments made to the contractor two per cent of the value of the work done as income tax deducted at source(TDS), and deposit this amount with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Retention is 10% of billed amount in every bill. Prepare the running account bill (RA) for the month. Q2-1 Amount for earthwork executed in the specified month.
