Q2) There is a manufacturing plant operating in all 3 shifts / day. The shop floor layout is shared below. Three components Tripod, Tulip \& IC shaft being made in-house and rest are coming from vendors. Bought-out items like grease, circlips, steel balls, boots etc are procured and stored in the stores area. The three components and the boughtout items go for assembly to deliver an aggregate- end product. After the assembly of the aggregate it is inspected and packed and then dispatched to the customers. The capacity needs to be doubled with additional machines and better systems in the same floor area. No additional new shop or plant is allowed for constructions.
