QB2: Write brief report to the owners of your organisation explaining how the sustainability project will work and the 6 benefits likely to flow from it.
QB3:
(A) Describe in detail how you will organise yourself and others to implement the project.
(B) Discuss any organisational procedures or legislation that you must follow.
(C) Describe at least three specific goals and how you will evaluate your success.
QB4: Describe a shared, computer-based process that will allow you to track the results of the project, and how you will be able to use the results to improve. (At least one detailed example of each part)
QB5: How will you evaluate the overall outcome of the project? Describe some specific measurable criteria. (At least three)
QB6: Write 'mid-project' email to all stakeholders mentioning the success to date and likely future directions. Be friendly but clear.
QB7: Describe how 'mid-project' you will identify any trends in the results and take action to get back on track. (This can be a hypothetical future problem and solution.)
QB8:
