For instance, when the DDS assist with the Deputy Governor's 5 K run, they pull staff from anywhere in our department to assist with tlte run. . Witlt a team, individuals recognize the expertise and talents of others needed to achieve tlte team's goal. Additionally, teams are often formed for temporary assignments witlt one specific goal or focus in mind. 'ini'hen think about how to establish a productive team a few things pop up in our mind.
