Peter assures you that the debt collection department of Edgars definitely provided the Attorneys with wrong information because he closed his account already in December 2019.

48 Mbeki Street, Polokwane in the file of Edgars Retail against Juju Beat up where Peter summoned on behalf of Edgars Polokwane, for an outstanding clothing account made by Juju for R10200. Court case number of Summons is 123/2020.

Peter phones Danny Kylie the credit manager at Edgards and informs him of this action that was defended. Danny informs Peter that because he is leaving on holiday tomorrow morning, Peter must take the necessary steps to expedite this matter like the firm his working for usually do with the Edgars matters.Also Peter must compile the necessary affidavit and before 16h00 this afternoon Danny will collect the affidavit and take it to the police station to be commissioned and return the affidavit still this afternoon to Peter.
