2.1. You will need to fill in the format you developed (example table format) the 10-step criteria and details from Dr Dave Ulrich's YouTube Video: 'The future of HR' - Stamford Global. Be sure to include the date, time and link of the video you consulted as part of the source reference. (10)

2.2. For each criterion, as a line manager or employee, assess your HRM department's status. Summarize your findings clearly and concisely. You are not required to provide the details of the HR person. (20)

2.3 Provide actionable and practical recommendations for each criterion based on your findings. You may use additional sources of information to support and strengthen your recommendations, but make sure your paraphrase them the ways you understand them and cite them properly. (20)
