Contact 07557123456" On Monday, Jolly saw the advertisement and telephoned Laila expressing his interest in the collection. Laila said she would think about it and get back to him the following day. On Tuesday Dolly saw the advertisement and contacted Laila. Dolly asked Laila what the minimum price she would accept for the collection. Laila replied stating that the minimum she would accept is OMR 275. Dolly said that she accepted the offer over the phone and would be in touch later that week to finalise the details. On Wednesday, Laila met up with her friend, Jassem, who expressed interest in the pottery collection He offered OMR 400 for the collection and Laila agreed to sell immediately. That lunchtime a mutual friend, Diana, told Jolly and Dolly about the pottery Jassem had just bought from Laila. Question 2 (10 marks) Last week, Naila sent an email to Sumaiya, making the following offers: (1) An offer to lease her apartment in Sohar to Sumaiya, 'for as long as you wish to live there'. (ii) An offer to sell her car for OMR 6,000. Sumaiya immediately responded and accepted Naila's offer for the apartment. As for the other offer, Sumaiya replied that she would be willing to take the car for OMR 5,000 but Naila refused. A day later, Sumaiya wrote to Naila and said that she will accept Naila's original offer at OMR 6,000. However, Naila now refuses to grant the lease as well as to sell the car to Sumaiya.
