Nasser promised his wife Najla that he is willing to put his car under her name if she pays his loan. He signed a paper in which he explained the promise he made to his wife. Najla collected the money and paid the loan of her husband. When she asked him to transfer the ownership of the car under her name as he promised, Nasser refused and said he was not serious about his promise and he never had the intention of transferring the ownership of the car to his wife. Najla is upset and wants to know if she can file a claim to oblige her husband to transfer the ownership of the car under her name.
