Question 1 10 points Saved Barney was employed to Real Land Inc (RLI), a property management company. In February of 2020, Barney resigned from RLI and decided to start his own business. RLI alleged that Barney had stolen its intellectual property and confidential business information (trade secrets etc.) and was using this to further his own business interests. Barney's business is a strong competitor to RLI and has been taking market share away from RLI. RLI has also alleged that Barney has still been telling people that he is still employed to RLI and that this misrepresentation has enabled him to steal clients from RLI and develop business contacts with its existing clients. Based upon Barney's alleged conduct, RLI is seeking remedies against him for intellectual property infringement, theft of intellectual property and misuse of trade goodwill and reputation. There is strong evidence that supports some but not all of the claims made by RLI. Examine all of the various ways in which this dispute could be settled and make a clear and well reasoned recommendation as to the best method of settling the dispute. You must ensure that you recommendation and reasoning is supported by an analysis of the facts. For the toolbar, press ALT+F10 (PC) or ALT+FN+F10 (Mac). BIUS Paragraph Arial 14px Ev A v X2 X 2
