Ms Lim was excited with the year-end sales offered by shopping outlets in Penang. Ms Lim withdrew RM15,000 from the clients accounts and told the officer of Bank CC Bhd that she needed to use the money to pay for her father's hospital bill and will reimbursed them later. The officer felt sorry for Ms Lim and allowed her to withdraw the money. Ms Lim spent the money at shopping outlets in Penang. When Ms Tan came back from Korea, she was shocked to know that RM15,000 has been withdrawn from the clients account.
