Question 2 Lee is the owner of freshwater prawn farming in Johor, He entered into an agreement with Chong for the supply of tiger prawn to Chong's restaurant. They signed a written agreement which consist of the term below. The contract is dated on 15 August 2020.

"The price to be paid for Grade A black tiger shrimp shall be for the sum of RM50.00 per kilogram. The pricing shall be remained the same for the period of 1 years from the commencement of this contract."

Recently, on 11 February 2021, Lee informed Chong by a written email that he does not want to supply the goods for the same price anymore. Chong did not agree to the new price, and Lee immediately cut the supply.
