Roy has promised to purchase a brand new car for Jenny, his sister on if she get 4.00 GPA for her latest examination. Roy has entered into a contract with KarLah Dealership and notified that he wants to collect the car a day before Jenny's birthday. Jenny's birthday is on 23rd September.

He arranged for the car to be registered in Jenny's name and the insurance which was offered with the car has also been registered for the benefit of Jenny. However, the car was not ready to collect on the agreed date.

Roy later went on holiday and Jenny who was eager to get her car but until today have not received it, is attempting to enforce the contract on her own behalf.

Advise Jenny on consideration, privity and intention to create legal relations before she proceed her legal actions.
