Create a state diagram, truth table, and circuit schematic for a 4-way traffic light system (RED, YELLOW, GREEN). Minimal flip flip ICs and logical gates should be used. The traffic light should be controlled by a clock, at any time only one light should be ON i.e no 'green-yellow' or 'red-yellow' state (Green (only) then Yellow (only) then Red (only)).
