b) Write a draft traveler of the steps involved in fabricating a working pnp transistor of your design. Include sketches of each of the steps in the traveler. The sketches should include the mask levels and what the wafer looks like before and after each mask step.
Note: you will need contacts to the emitter, base and collector. Assume that the contact pads will be on top of 1 micron of silicon dioxide.
