Question 1. Governments of countries across the globe are now feeling optimistic about their economic future which has been derailed for almost 2 years due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The finding of a vaccine is the reason for this. Notable companies, such as Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer and AstraZeneca have tested their vaccine on humans and found to have impressive results. The Government in your country wants the entire population to be vaccinated in two Phases within a year. The implementation of the vaccination programme requires specific expertise and that your company has been appointed to undertake this effort. Responses are required for the following questions or situations.

i. Your company will commence the Phase 1 vaccination programme implementation from April 2021 till September 2021. Table below shows the progress plan (trend) of the vaccination programme implementation. You are required to present the data in the table to your companys Chairman. Present the data using a suitable chart and provide a brief discussion of key details, including possible reason or reasons (to be determined by you) for the unusual spike in the number of persons to be vaccinated in September 2021.
