Human trafficking is an issue in any transportation industry. Specifically in airline operations, workers must be always vigilant for anything that seems suspicious. You will be working in the aviation industry and may receive additional training on signs of potential human trafficking in the future.

Question 2:

You are a member of a flying club. One morning at the clubhouse, you overhear a conversation between a couple of the club's pilots who are about to go flying. You know the pair to be VFR-only pilots who don't file flight plans because they believe it is none of the government's business where they are flying. The two are mad that the FAA, citing national security reasons, has recently established a Prohibited Area over a nearby nuclear plant. Combined with existing Class B airspace and Special Use, the new area will require them to deviate from their customary route, adding time and expense to the flight. "Here's what we will do" one of them says, "We will use this duct tape to make the 1 in the N number to look like a 4. Then we will fly the usual way. They are not going to shoot us down, and even if they get the N number, they will be looking for the wrong plane."

If they follow through, will they be risking criminal prosecution? Explain.
