The best known English pangram is: The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. The alphabet used consists of letters a to z, inclusive, and is case insensitive. Input will not contain any other characters. Write a function called 'is.pangram' that accepts a string phrase as an argument and determines whether the phrase is a pangram (True) or not (False). For example, calling is-pangram ( 'The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.) should return True, and calling is-pangram ('test sentence') should return False.
