Question... 1. Please write the null hypotheses based on the situation below.

2. Please write the alternative hypothesis based on the situation below.

Dr. Faustus is frustrated that he made a bad deal with the devil. Since he has virtually unlimited power anyways, he decides to setup several virtual worlds and simulate himself under different conditions to see if this changes the likelihood of him making deals with the devil. Since predicting behaviour is not an exact science, he made sure to create several versions of himself for each level of variables. Dr. Faustus hypothesizes that his propensity to make devil related dealings may be rooted in his childhood abandonment of authentic self to strive for the inauthentic values (such as becoming an academic at the expense of his childhood dream of being a drunkard) or maybe its his agnostic views towards a higher power. Anyways, since he has all the power in the world, he just decided to throw both variables into his simulation at the same time. For simplicity sake, well call the fist variable Occupation and the second variable Belief. The occupation variable has 4 categories: Teacher, Writer, Cook, and Academic; while the belief variable has 3 levels: 100%, 50%, and 0%.
