Each of first 2 characters must be an uppercase non-vowel alphabet (i.e., each cannot be 'A', 'E', 'T', 'O' or 'U"). First of the 5 digits cannot be 'O' (i.e., it can only be any of '1' through '9'). Each of the remaining 4 digits can be any of 'O' through '9'. How many (distinct and valid) user names can be formed following the above rules? NOTE: You can leave your answer as an expression involving terms containing numbers raised to certain powers. CAUTION: You will earn NO CREDITS if you don't clearly show working (i.e., how you arrive at the required quantity). TIP: One can use Microsoft Excel to help evaluate expressions involving multiplication and number raised to some power.
