1. Taqi is the distributor of ikan keli in Shah Alam. One day, his neighbor, Udin wished to go back to his hometown in Kedah and Taqi requested him to sell 3 baskets of ikan keli in Kedah.

On arriving at Perak, Udin discovered that the ikan keli started to become smelly. Udin tried to contact Taqi but to no avail.

Udin decided to sell the fish at the road shoulder where he stopped and sold the fish at a lower price. When Taqi noted that, he felt very angry and wished to claim against Udin in the court.
